Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or similar role Excellent knowledge of billing procedures Knowledge of various collection techniques Contact clients and discuss their overdue payments Working knowledge of MS Office and databases Knowledge of collection laws and regulations SAP system knowledge Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills High school diploma ssociates/Bachelors degree is a plus Comments for Suppliers:
