Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service - Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Skills:
- Strong guest service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality - Ability to perform basic math calculations for order totals, bill splitting, and cash handling - Proficiency in using a cash register or point-of-sale system - Knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest relations Note:
Prior experience as a server or in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
Training will be provided.
