As a Liquor Store Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the responsible sale of alcoholic beverages.
Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers, maintaining the store's cleanliness, and upholding our commitment to ethical and responsible sales practices.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Organize bottles from fridge and re-stock them.
- Greet and assist customers with their liquor selections in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
- Ensure the store is well-organized and clean at all times.
- Restock shelves and maintain inventory levels.
- Report any suspicious or illegal activity to the store manager/owner or authorities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be at least 21 years old due to the nature of the job.
- Strong commitment to honesty and integrity in all aspects of the job.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and the ability to learn about new products.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy boxes or cases of alcohol.
